latest_stats - speed latest_stats - speed INTEGER() The predicted average travel speed of the route in km per hour
latest_stats - excess_delay latest_stats - excess_delay INTEGER() The predicted delay, compared against the route's expected travel time for this time of day based on the link cluster data, in seconds
latest_stats - congestion latest_stats - congestion INTEGER() The excess delay converted into the number of standard deviations from the expected travel time
